ARCHIVE HONEY STYLE BUNDLE SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Styling Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Archive Honey ("Stylist") and the client signing below ("Client"). By paying the initial deposit, Client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Scope of Services & Item Condition

  • Custom Styling: Stylist will curate a custom clothing bundle tailored to the Client's style preferences after client chooses a bundle tier. 
  • Thrifted Items: Client acknowledges that items are curated from secondhand or thrifted sources.
  • Item Condition: Items may show minor signs of wear, flaws, or defects. Stylist inspects all pieces to ensure the highest possible quality.

2. Timeframe & Deliverables

  • Turnaround Time: The style bundle will be completed within three (3) weeks.
  • Timeline Start: This timeframe begins exactly on the date the Stylist receives the Client's deposit.
  • If this timeframe is not being met by the stylist for any reason the stylist will reach out to communicate prior to the end of the third week mark. 


3. Fees, Deposits, and Payment Methods

  • 50% Deposit Required: Client must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure styling services. This deposit will be applied toward the total final cost.
  • Accepted Deposit Methods: Deposits must be paid via:
  • Required Memo: All payments must excluding payments made via the website must include the note: STYLE BUNDLE - [CLIENT'S FULL NAME]. Stylist will issue a receipt or order confirmation upon verification via chosen communication channel or email. 

4. Final Review & Order Fulfillment

  • Live Preview: Upon bundle completion, Client can choose for the Stylist to showcase the selected items to the Client during a live stream on the Whatnot platform, or Client can opt for items to be shipped without viewing prior. 
  • Final Payment: Client must complete the remaining 50% balance, plus applicable shipping fees and taxes, directly through Whatnot during or immediately following the preview.
  • Referral Promotion: New Whatnot users who register using the Stylist’s referral link (https://whatnot.com) will receive a $25 credit. This credit applies to the remainder order total but excludes shipping fees.

5. Termination & Governing Law

  • Material Breach: Both parties legally agree that a violation of any term in this contract by either party grants the other party the right to cancel or void the purchase.
  • Remedies: In the event of a breach, parties reserve the right to seek further action as permitted by law
